1. Agreement to Terms

We reserve the right to modify course content, pricing, and availability at any time. Changes to course content will not affect courses you have already purchased.

4. User Accounts

5. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are processed through our payment provider, Shopify. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Refunds may be granted at our discretion based on the following criteria:

• Technical issues that prevent access to the course (where we are unable to resolve them)
• Duplicate purchase

Refunds are not available for courses that have been completed or where a certificate has been issued.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Software Testing Trends Learning Portal and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

We do not guarantee that the course content will help you pass any specific certification exam or secure employment. Educational outcomes depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and other factors beyond our control.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
